Returns & Refunds
At Hive to Home, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care.
Due to the nature of our personal care products, we do not accept returns on used items.
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin26@hivetohomeco.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will gladly work with you to make it right.
If a return is approved, items must be unused and in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
